Make sure your computer/device and Zoom are updated. A computer or device you don’t need to hold is recommended because you will need your hands to gently tap on or above your body a few times throughout the session.
Have a comfortable place to sit or lay where you can see and hear Zoom and Joslyn can see and hear you.
Go to a quiet place where you will be uninterrupted by humans or animals.
You may wish to have comforting things nearby (e.g., blanket, water/tea, tissues, and anything else).
Wear layers – sometimes the body gets hot or cold as energy shifts during sessions.
Allow time after your session to sit/lay quietly before continuing with the rest of your day. This time is unique for each session; however, 15-20 minutes is a good place to start.
You may cry, burp, hiccup, yawn, pass gas, cough, sneeze, experience stomach gurgles, need to use the restroom, and/or feel thirsty more than usual. Your session starts when you pay, and these can be signs that your body-mind-spirit is moving energy before we’re on Zoom together. Of course, they can happen for other reasons too – use your discernment if you experience any of them and seek medical assistance if you believe they’re caused by something that requires it.
If you’re familiar with energy movement, you may feel heat, cold, sweating, shaking, or other body sensations. The energy is moving regardless of whether you feel any sensations.

Eventually they will dissipate. Please treat yourself with compassion and care. Sessions are very gentle; however, if anything that comes up becomes too much, you’re invited to focus on your present surroundings (e.g., the objects and colors in your space, me and my voice on your device, the surface on which you are sitting or laying, the feeling of your clothes on your skin), rather than the internal experiences.

This can help you decide if you’d like to invest in Iridescence: Three Months to Health and Vitality or Single Laser Focus Sessions at regular intervals, such as monthly.
That’s entirely up to you and what you feel works best! Examples of what you can do include back-to-back Iridescence: Three Months to Health and Vitality packages, monthly Single Laser Focus Sessions as an energetic tune-up or to address whatever is important at that time, and one-off Single Laser Focus Sessions when you feel you’d like them.
Refunds are not available because your session time is reserved specifically for you and Joslyn often receives intuitive downloads for you before you and she are on Zoom together. Please ensure you truly desire to do this work and are able to commit your energy, time, money, and any other resources you need before you schedule. If you’re unsure, please hold off until you’re an absolute YES to working with Joslyn.
Please log in to Joslyn’s calendar if you need to reschedule your session. Except in emergencies (e.g., severe weather, death in the family, accident, severe illness), sessions must be rescheduled at least 48 business hours in advance. Canceled or missed sessions will be charged the full amount of the session.
Yes. Joslyn’s work and other modalities often support each other. However, please check in with yourself to ensure you’re moving towards your goals at a pace that’s comfortable for you and allow sufficient integration time from other appointments/treatments BEFORE you schedule with Joslyn.
Only you and any licensed medical and mental health professionals you’re working with can decide if you wish to discontinue any other treatments, therapies, medications, etc., you may be using.
